Overview

Mail Room Receptionist at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) in Warrington.


Responsibilities

* Provide an exceptional customer service experience to site residents and their guests, acting as a single point of contact for all enquiries.
* Ensure guests are greeted courteously and their needs are anticipated at all times.
* Efficient guest registration and host notification with the ability to remember guest names and faces.
* Issue passes in accordance with laid down procedures and explain the HSE and evacuation procedures to each guest and non-resident visitors.
* Keep the reception area immaculate and tidy at all times.
* Ensure that all absences are managed so that the area is never left unattended during operational hours.
* Complete the daily activity spreadsheets and shift checklists to promote the running of an efficient service.
* Book taxis for staff and visitors as required from the approved site suppliers.
* Provide general information on the local area, directions, traffic and travel updates, information on flights and travel timetables.
* Contribute to and use the Customer Service team noticeboard at all times.
* Take ownership in ensuring security processes and follow ups are adhered to, including chasing un-returned passes.
* Administer ingoing and outgoing post for the United Utilities customer.
* Delivery of post to the reception of Lingley Mere.
* Sort incoming and outgoing post and ensure items are collected and dispatched in a timely manner.
* Deal with PPE, pool car and dispensation bookings.
