Procurement Heads are exclusively recruiting for a dynamic healthcare organisation that is revolutionising the industry through strategic acquisitions and innovative practices.
The Procurement & Contracts Manager will be responsible for executing the procurement strategy and establishing a strong contract management process to support over 200 healthcare practices and the head office.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing indirect spend across multiple locations, implementing or enhancing contract management processes, and creating value-driven procedures.
Role Overview: We seek an experienced Procurement & Contract Manager to lead procurement and contract efforts, focusing on utilities, facilities management, practice equipment, and marketing. The role involves negotiating contracts, consolidating spend across sites, and driving cost efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement contract management systems to proactively manage contracts and mitigate risks.
* Negotiate and manage procurement policies for utilities, FM, equipment, and marketing.
* Consolidate spend across dental practices to leverage volume savings.
* Build relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and competitive pricing.
* Identify and mitigate risks in contracts, ensuring compliance.
* Support growth by negotiating future-oriented contracts.
* Monitor procurement performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
* Experience in multi-site procurement and contract management.
* Strong negotiation skills and complex contract management.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
