We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Property Lawyer to join our Residential Property team, here at Jackson Lees Group, Powered by MAPD Group, in Liverpool. You’ll provide a one-stop conveyancing service to our clients and referrers, ensuring a high quality of service and compliance with all regulatory and firm-wide procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and control conduct of files from inception to completion
* Ensure clients obtain good and marketable title to property
* Communicate regularly and effectively with clients
* Review and process mortgage offers
* Supervise paralegals and assistants
* Maintain compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements
* Uphold the firm’s CQS accreditation standards
* Maintain individual competence and contribute to a positive team environment
What We’re Looking For
* Recognised legal qualification or substantiated experience
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
* Proven ability to manage own caseload and work with volume conveyancing
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexible, adaptable, and organised approach
* Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
* Enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team player
* Commitment to confidentiality and professional standards
* SRA, CLC, or CILEx qualification
