Role Description
This is a client-facing, business development role for someone who understands that long-term relationships, built on genuine care and consistent follow-through and delivery, are the foundation of sustainable growth. Trust at this level is not given. It is built intentionally, layer by layer, across every interaction and every deliverable.
You will own the client experience from first contact through to long-term partnerships, work closely with delivery teams to translate client needs into operationally sound solutions, and represent AHNA externally with the credibility and composure the role demands.
What we are looking for
You have at least five years of experience in sales, client success, account management, or commercial leadership within security, risk, intelligence, consulting, or professional services. You have a track record of managing high-value relationships with senior stakeholders and know the difference between a client who is satisfied and one who is genuinely well-served.
You communicate with precision and composure, translate complex services into clear value propositions, and are organised and self-directed. You work well within an adaptable structure while exercising sound judgment in the spaces that structure cannot anticipate. You hold yourself to a high standard because you understand that trust is built through consistency, and consistency requires deliberate choice every day.
Location: UK based, remote, with access to our Leeds-based UK office and global travel as required.
Remuneration: Base salary plus attractive performance-based incentives.
Required: Clean criminal background check. Right to work in the UK. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Suite.
