Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a crucial role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
* Ensuring clients' information is thoroughly checked using the utmost attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
* Transferring this information onto Will Writing software with the same efficient accuracy and precision.
* Answer telephone calls as part of the overflow system. Deal with all enquiries in a professional manner, taking messages as required.
* Collation of information packs and guides when needed.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in an administration role
1. Accuracy with good attention to detail
2. Good computer and keyboard skills
3. A good level of English spelling and grammar
4. Ability to work as part of a team
5. High level of discretion and judgement
