Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Nuneaton
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 + commission
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 4:00pm on Fridays

What you'll do
* Match talented candidates with exciting engineering roles
* Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Manage the full recruitment process: from advertising roles to arranging interviews and supporting offers
* Learn sales and business development skills while spotting opportunities to grow accounts
* Receive ongoing support, mentoring, and guidance from a team that genuinely has your back
* Hit targets, earn commission, and see the results of your hard work

* No prior recruitment experience is needed, but sales experience is a bonus.
