The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader) – minimum 20 hours per week. As a Barista Maestro, you'll take centre stage – not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Taking responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager isn’t present
* Managing stock, supporting with deliveries, and maintaining store hygiene

Qualifications
* No prior experience required – just the right attitude and a willingness to learn
* A genuine love for coffee and people
* A positive, can‑do attitude with plenty of personality
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Confidence to lead by example
