Are you passionate about fire safety and protection? Morgan Fire Protection specialises in the delivery of planned and corrective maintenance for fire detection systems and portable extinguishers. While our operational resources are primarily based around London, we proudly offer national coverage through our reactive delivery model.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Fire Alarm Installation Manager to oversee the delivery of fire detection and alarm system projects, ensuring full compliance with BS, BS & BS This role requires strong technical acumen, excellent project management skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams from pre-installation through to completion.

1. Manage fire alarm system projects from inception to handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
2. Ensure all system designs, installations, and commissioning work complies with BS, BS & BS) & BAFE SP
3. Conduct thorough reviews of proposed fire alarm systems to verify compliance, functionality, and suitability for the intended environment.
4. Undertake detailed site surveys to assess installation conditions, constraints, and client-specific requirements.
5. Attend site meetings with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to coordinate project requirements and resolve technical issues.
6. Provide clear and accurate monthly progress reports to the Operations Manager, highlighting key milestones, issues, and resolutions.
7. Ensure all necessary documentation including drawings, compliance certificates, and O&M manuals are completed and maintained.

Who We're Looking For

8. Proven experience in fire alarm system project management, preferably with a fire or life safety systems contractor.
9. Strong understanding of BS, BS & BS, with demonstrable application in previous projects.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, design teams, and installation crews.
11. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
12. Familiarity with CAD drawings, system schematics, and technical specifications.
13. Relevant industry qualifications or certifications (e.g., FIA, eal Level 3, or equivalent).
14. Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites.

Desirable:

15. Experience with other fire safety standards and integrated building systems.
16. Project management certification
17. Experience with risk assessments and fire strategy reports.
