We're looking for a Sales Administrator who enjoys converting enquiries into orders and building lasting customer relationships. This is a frontline, revenue-focused role where you'll actively influence buying decisions, support new business and help drive sales growth.
What you'll be doing:
* Handling inbound enquiries via phone and email, turning interest into confirmed orders
* Confidently advising customers on products, availability and alternatives to maximise sales
* Upselling and cross-selling by understanding customer requirements
* Building long-term relationships to increase repeat and account-based sales
* Proactively identifying new customers and supporting new business development
* Working closely with our Sales Representative to win and grow accounts
* Managing orders accurately while keeping momentum and customer satisfaction high
* Resolving objections and issues professionally to secure and retain business
What we're looking for:
* Experience in sales, customer service or an administrative role
* Confident telephone manner with the ability to influence buying decisions
* Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
* A proactive, self-motivated team player

Working hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 8.15am – 5pm
* Friday: 8.15am – 4pm
