Responsibilities
* Support people with a range of physical & learning difficulties and other complex needs with everyday tasks to help them live independently.
* Provide compassionate, person-centred care to help individuals feel valued and respected and to improve their quality of life.
* Work as part of a friendly team to support and care for others in Sidford/Sidmouth area.
Qualifications and requirements
* Full-time, part-time, and sessional positions available; applicants should live in or around Sidford/Sidmouth.
* Comprehensive training throughout the year; mandatory courses offered with additional courses available upon request. Induction includes enrolment on to the Care Certificate.
* All applicants are required to complete a DBS check, paid for by the company.
* Flexible to work day, evening and weekends on a rota basis.
