Job Description:
Are you passionate about data-driven decision making and enhancing the digital customer experience?
TJX Europe is seeking a Digital Analytics & Insights Manager to join our Site Optimisation Team. They are responsible for the optimisation of all onsite customer journeys including, but not limited to, the customer shopping funnel. Through site analysis, insight and experimentation the Site Optimisation Team formulates strategies to maximise sales, service and conversion through site content, search, navigation, PLPs, PDPs and cross-GM product curation.
The Digital Analytics and Insights Manager supports the enhancement of the Digital customer experience through:
Providing, and continuously improving, actionable reporting for all Digital teams
Monitoring and measuring the customer experience and digital activity
Proactively initiating and sharing analysis and insights to improve the customer experience
Supporting experimentation and improvements through insight led opportunities and measuring results
Cross functional partnering with Marketing, Customer services, IT and other D&A communities
What You’ll Bring:
In-depth knowledge of digital analytical tools including GA4 and Looker Studio
Confident user of Big Query
Experience in fast paced retail environment
Experience of Microsoft Power BI
Positive attitude, self-motivated, proactive, results oriented
Strong analytical skills, curious, commercial and customer focused
Keen eye for detail with the ability to troubleshoot and identify issues
Excellent influencing, relationship building and communication skills
Comfortable presenting complex information in an easy-to-understand digestible manner
Dashboarding experience with excellent skills in translating business needs
Able to build relationships quickly and engage with a range of cross functional stakeholders to drive results
