What’s involved?
As Senior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen, taking responsibility for service delivery, team leadership, and maintaining consistently high standards. You will play a key role in training and developing junior chefs, managing sections during service, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Applicants must have experience working in minimum 3 AA Rosette kitchens or Michelin-starred establishments, with proven ability to operate in a high-pressure, high-standard environment.
