About The Role
This position provides direct PA support to the Head of our Private Client Team and Equity Partner of the firm. It is a newly developed role based in our busy Cheltenham office, suited for a meticulous individual.
Responsibilities of a PA include:
1. Proactive diary management for the allocated Partner.
2. Being the first point of contact for clients.
3. Providing administrative and business support for the allocated Partner.
4. Preparing correspondence and documents through word-processing and audio typing.
5. Drafting and formatting of letters, documents, and forms.
6. Assisting with the preparation of financial transactions as required.
About You
* Experience within a legal or professional services environment, with previous exposure to private client work being advantageous.
* Sound IT knowledge, including Microsoft Office suite and Teams.
* A demonstrated history with diary management.
* Excellent attention to detail and an understanding of confidentiality.
* Accurate typing abilities; audio typing skills are highly desirable.
* Experience in client contact.
* Ability to organise changing priorities.
