TOA Taxis, Birmingham's most prestigious black cab company, are seeking a Call Centre Operator to join our team based in Harborne, Birmingham.
We have x1 vacancy available;
* Full Time on the Night Shift (Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon & Tues) / 11pm - 7am).
(Please note the role is office based, not remote and we are not looking for outsourced staff)
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Taking incoming calls from customers who would like to book a taxi or assisting with any general inquiries.
* (Data entry) Recording and inputting information accurately.
* Dispatching drivers to provide timely and efficient transportation.
Requirements:
* Excellent spoken and written communication skills
* Computer Literate
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, or a transportation-related field preferred.
* Geographical knowledge of Birmingham is useful but not essential as full training will be provided.
* DBS Checked
* This role can be fast paced during peak times so you must be able to work under pressure in a calm, professional manner.
