The Role
We’re seeking a Golang Software Engineer to join our core engineering team. You’ll design, build, and maintain high-performance backend services that process millions of transactions per day. You’ll work closely with our product, infrastructure, and data teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure systems that power our next generation of fintech products.
What You’ll Do
* Design and develop distributed backend systems in Go (Golang).
* Build APIs and microservices that are fast, secure, and maintainable.
* Collaborate with DevOps engineers to optimize CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
* Write clean, tested, and well-documented code.
* Contribute to architectural decisions, system design discussions, and technical roadmaps.
* Work in an agile, collaborative environment with global teams across time zones.
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years of experience in software development (with 3+ years in Golang preferred).
* Strong understanding of concurrency, distributed systems, and microservices architectures.
* Experience with REST/gRPC APIs, PostgreSQL, Kafka, or similar technologies.
* Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, efficient code.
* Bonus: Experience in fintech, payments, or high-throughput systems.
