Job Description What your new role will entail; Due to internal mobility, we are offering a 9-month fixed-term opportunity for a Senior Compensation Analyst. This position can be based in our St. Albans or Manchester office. You will be required to attend the office once per week, with the remainder of the week working from home. The ideal start date is the end of April to allow for a smooth handover. Interviews will be conducted via MS Teams. Reporting into the Compensation Manager, Europe, the role is dedicated to delivering a first-rate support and service to our HR Partners, Stakeholders and Employees based across the Europe Region. The Senior Compensation Analyst, Europe will take a leading role for the region in cyclical compensation processes and special projects, and consult with key stakeholders to provide guidance, analysis, and to develop solutions to business requirements. The key accountabilities of the role include, but are not limited to:- Compensation Analysis & Modelling Produce data analysis requirements for annual pay and bonus reviews, budget planning, and other processes, including TUPE and acquisitions. Provide analytical insights and modelling for periodic and bespoke requests. Business Partnering & Advisory Partner with HR to provide guidance and direction on compensation processes and proposals, benchmarking requests, and recommendations on adjustments and promotions. Partner with business areas to understand their Reward concerns and provide solutions. Reward Projects & Process Improvement Collaborate with and support the global delivery team on special projects. Support ongoing efforts to drive improvements and reduce complexity in core compensation processes. Compliance, Reporting & Pay Equity Collaborate with HR and Communications teams on equal pay matters, Gender Pay Gap reporting, and delivery of the European Pay Transparency Directive. Training & Knowledge Sharing Create and deliver training and/or educational materials to increase understanding of the company’s compensation philosophy. Technical Expertise & Team Support Serve as the technical specialist for the compensation group. Flexibly support management of the Reward inbox and the wider Total Reward team as required.
