Programme Analyst Location: Gloucester Business Park Pay Rate: £20.50 per hour Hours: Full-time 37 hours Monday- Friday Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Analyst to join the Nuclear Skills Alliance (NSA) team, based at Gloucester Business Park. The successful applicant will provide high-quality administrative and analytical support for the Nuclear Skills Alliance and associated training programmes, helping to drive continuous improvement across training activities and performance. Role Purpose As a Programme Analyst, you will play a vital role in analysing and reporting on training and performance data to support decision-making within the Nuclear Skills Alliance. You will work closely with Training Specialists and training management to deliver accurate insights, reports, and data packs that inform key committees and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Co-ordinate and produce reports in line with defined reporting cycles. Collate, analyse, and report on training and performance data, plans, and trends. Produce quarterly organisational learning reports and key metrics for oversight committees. Prepare and manage data packs for key performance and training oversight committees.
