Foxtons is seeking a proactive and highly organised Tenancy Coordinator to join our successful Worcester office. This is more than just a job, it’s a long-term career opportunity. As a Tenancy Coordinator at Foxtons, you’ll act as the central point of contact for landlords and tenants, taking ownership of a portfolio of residential properties and managing each tenancy with confidence and professionalism.

Working closely with our local offices and specialist support teams, you’ll provide expert support to landlords across Worcester and the surrounding areas. Your responsibilities will include coordinating maintenance, resolving tenancy related issues, and offering guidance on legal and financial matters all while ensuring landlord investments are protected and tenants receive an excellent level of service throughout their tenancy.

* £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience

About You

Our Tenancy Coordinators have unparalleled expertise and the drive to make it happen – it's what sets Foxtons customer service apart. You will need strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to problem solve. You will be successful here if you can communicate well with a wide range of people over a variety of platforms.

No previous property management experience is required, as full training and ongoing development will be provided. Prior experience in a professional customer service environment is desirable but also not essential. What it takes is a special kind of mindset and a burning ambition to succeed at Foxtons.
