Known for its technical excellence and outstanding client service, the firm advises a diverse client base, including major insurers, public bodies, charities, SMEs, and individuals.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of regulatory matters including inquests, health and safety investigations, CQC/Ofsted regulation, licensing issues, and professional discipline. The work spans both contentious and non-contentious matters, offering excellent variety and complexity.
You’ll provide strategic legal advice to insurer-backed clients and organisations, handling investigations, enforcement action, and regulatory compliance issues with sensitivity and commercial awareness.
This is an ideal role for a Regulatory Solicitor looking to develop within a forward-thinking and growing team, with access to quality work, strong supervision, and real opportunities for progression.
The Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in regulatory law
* Previous exposure to insurance-backed claims is desirable
* Comfortable advising on complex regulatory and compliance issues
* Advocacy experience is advantageous but not essential

* Excellent organisation and time-management abilities
* Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
* Client-focused, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team
* Experience in client relationship development or business development is a plus
The Benefits
* Competitive salary up to £65,000, depending on experience
* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (option to buy/sell up to 5 days)
* Private medical insurance
* Company pension scheme
* Life assurance and income protection
