Project Manager – FM Projects (Manufacturing Clients) Derby & Surrounding Areas | Up to £75,000 Package Facilities Management Projects | Project Pipeline Development We’re working on behalf of a leading national Facilities Management provider to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join their team, delivering small to medium-sized FM projects across a portfolio of manufacturing and industrial sites in the Derby region. This is a key role for someone with a strong background in project delivery within live, operational environments — with a focus on building services, fabric works, and asset lifecycle upgrades. Role Overview: * Manage and deliver a range of FM and M&E projects across manufacturing facilities. * Projects typically include mechanical/electrical upgrades, minor refurbishments, and asset replacements. * Take ownership of full project lifecycle: from scoping and costing through to procurement, delivery, and close-out. * Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to grow the project pipeline within existing contracts. * Ensure all works are delivered safely, to a high standard, and in line with compliance requirements. ✅ About You: * Proven experience delivering FM, building services or minor works projects (ideally in industrial or manufacturing environments). * Technically strong across M&E, HVAC, or fabric-led works. * Able to manage multiple concurrent projects and subcontractors. * Commercially minded with strong planning and financial control skills. * Excellent client-facing and stakeholder communication abilities. * Relevant qualifications (e.g. HNC/HND, Prince2, SMSTS) beneficial.
