Overview of the Role
We are seeking an experienced French Speaking Talent Acquisition Partner (T2-I) to join Mars Global Services, specifically supporting the high-volume recruitment needs of the Royal Canin division (focused on pet health, research, and science).
This is a critical 6-month contract role designed to manage a spike in volume across the Benelux region, requiring a dedicated 360-degree recruiter.
Core Responsibilities and Job Level Descriptor
The role requires a moderate to extensive knowledge in Talent Acquisition, performing a range of assignments with accountability for core recruitment processes.
* Full-Cycle Recruitment: You will handle the entire recruitment lifecycle, including talent evaluation, candidate screening, testing/ranking, and providing detailed feedback to candidates and managers.
* Regional Support: Responsible for supporting recruitment across the Benelux region, necessitating French fluency for seamless stakeholder and candidate engagement.
* Sourcing and Strategy: Execute job advertising, posting, and talent prospecting, including building sourcing pipelines for targeted talent pools.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a 360 Partner, working directly with hiring managers and engaging with external suppliers as needed.
* Complex Problem Solving: Typically resolves problems using existing solutions, but may also solve complex problems taking a new perspective on existing solutions.
Candidate Profile
We are flexible regarding industry background; core recruitment competence is paramount.
* Language: French fluency is essential, alongside professional working fluency in English.
* Experience: Proven background managing high-volume recruitment as a 360 TA Partner.
* Systems: Previous experience with Workday is beneficial but not required, as training will be provided.
* Notice Period: While the role is urgent, we have flexibility to wait for the right candidate to serve their notice.
