Dolan Hotels is a group of 4 Star Hotels situated on the beautiful island of Jersey.
Responsibilities:
- Deputise in the General Managers absence in overseeing daily operations of the
establishment
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Supervise and train and motivate staff members,
- Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and
revenue
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events and functions
Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a 4 star hotel at a line manager or above level
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food production processes and catering operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
