Join a dynamic team as a Materials Documentation Engineer, where your role will be crucial in ensuring all material and test certifications meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. You will take ownership of the entire certification process, from accurate documentation control to delivering complete customer certification packs promptly and efficiently.
In this role, you will work closely with quality, inspection, supply chain, and production teams, as well as suppliers, to maintain rigorous standards and continually reduce certification errors. Your expertise will help streamline processes, enhance supplier communication, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of quality assurance systems.
Key responsibilities include managing certification records, analysing non-conformance reports for trends, and driving corrective actions to eliminate recurring issues. You will ensure compliance with national and international standards such as ISO 9001 and PED/23/EC, and you'll be involved in developing and enhancing documentation systems and procedures.
