We are building a confidential talent pool of senior culinary leaders who may be suitable for opportunities that arise across our UK operations in the future. This is not an open vacancy and does not indicate that a role is currently available. However, from time to time we require experienced leaders who can support multi-site culinary excellence, operational delivery, and chef development.

* Strong culinary capability with awareness of UK trends and operational needs
* Experience with menu/recipe systems or structured culinary rollouts
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders and develop high-performing teams
* Flexibility to travel within the UK as required
