What We’re Looking For
Experience
* No experience necessary, but preferred – all that is necessary is a passion for helping others. Training can be provided.
* Ideally 6 months’ experience in care or similar roles.
Training – Required as mandatory
* Care Certificate
* Valid Mandatory Training
* Basic Life Support Training
* Moving Handling Training
Skills & Qualities
* Care and compassion (Required!)
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Good problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
* Empathy, patience, and emotional resilience.
Preferred
* Driving Licence: A full, valid UK driving licence.
* Access to own vehicle.
* Business Car Insurance or willingness to get one.
* Update Service Enhanced DBS: Can explore applying for one if necessary.
