This role offers an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and competitive individual to support ETF distribution across European territories. Key Responsibilities Support regional sales activity by working alongside senior sales colleagues to grow ETF distribution across assigned territories. Proactively engage prospective and existing clients through outbound calls, email, and digital channels to build relationships and secure meetings. Manage high levels of outbound activity while maintaining strong follow-up and client engagement. Build trusted client relationships through regular communication and the use of market insights and educational materials. Handle inbound client enquiries, including product information, fund comparisons, and portfolio-related requests. Support and attend client meetings, events, and hospitality to strengthen long-term relationships. Market Knowledge & Product Expertise Develop strong knowledge of the firm’s ETF range and investment solutions. Stay up to date with market developments, industry trends, and competitor activity to support informed client conversations. Share relevant market intelligence with colleagues to support broader sales efforts. CRM & Pipeline Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the CRM system. Track calls, meetings, and opportunities to support effective pipeline management and reporting. Required Experience & Skills Undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant professional experience. Demonstrable success in a competitive environment (sales, sport, or other performance-driven roles). Strong interest in financial markets and investing, with a desire to continuously develop technical knowledge. Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with clients via phone, video, and in-person meetings. Proven ability to influence, build rapport, and convert opportunities. Qualifications Relevant experience in sales, client relationship management, or business development is advantageous. Financial services knowledge is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided. Ideal Candidate Attributes Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
