Overview
This role combines creative input and organisation to ensure that shoots and projects are clearly defined and executed effectively, maximising studio time and delivering the required results. It is a Midweight-level role, perfect for a Creative Producer with a solid track record of industry experience who thrives on managing projects seamlessly from initial concept through to final delivery.
Team
Part of the Photography and Video teams with strong connections to wider brand teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Turn creative ideas from across the business into reality, from conception to completion.
* Attend project kick‑offs and scope requirements for asset production.
* Own the project deck, including project creative and shoot production.
* Work closely with photographers, videographers, creative leads and marketing team to proactively clarify requirements and deliverables.
* Produce multiple stills projects (and video when required) from concept to final deliverables, whether using in‑house resources, external production companies or agency partners.
* Provide styling ownership on set, maintaining & improving existing standards.
* Schedule shoots for our in‑house team of Photographers (and Videographers, as needed).
* Manage all operational aspects of a media project, including timelines, call sheets, shot lists, and budgets.
* Work with legal to secure usage rights, image releases, and other legal requirements for working with internal and external talent.
* Manage Risk Assessments and all aspects of Health and Safety.
* Coordinate all photography (and video where it crosses over with photography) shoots, including crew scheduling, scouting, location hire, shot list, invoicing, and post‑production schedules.
* Maintain an up‑to‑date and transparent overview of production using tools such as Asana, Google Docs, Notion and Trello.
* Model casting & briefing, establishing a comfortable and productive set environment.
* Ensure diversity, ethics and best practices are present on every step of production - from casting to on‑set experience.
* Mentor junior staff members.
* Obtain and manage products and labels for multiple productions.
* Other production tasks, i.e. sourcing and buying props, ordering catering, organising travel/transport and room bookings.
* Deliver final assets, managing stakeholders feedback.
* Ensure the highest standards are achieved, processes are continually improved, and results are delivered.
* Work with management to develop and implement procedures to ensure the best delivery is always met.
* Own the wash‑up and evaluation of projects to determine what went well and where there is room for improvement.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Ability to interpret briefs and use feedback to positively impact projects.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Strong and diverse production skills & understanding of production processes – predominantly in a studio setting, also in a variety of other scenarios.
* Highly organised, thrives on working on multiple fast‑paced projects at once.
* A positive and proactive attitude with the ability to be adaptable and think on your feet.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Able to embrace changing assignments, direction, and deadlines that come your way – a willingness to learn and adapt.
* Ability to work well individually and collaborate with wider teams on larger projects.
* Confident working with and managing freelance crews where necessary.
* A minimum of 3–4 years of photo/video production industry experience, working in a commercial or professional capacity.
