The CDM Consultant role The CDM Consultant will coordinate health and safety documentation, and guide in-house Architects through pre-construction requirements in line with CDM 2015. You'll attend design meetings, carry out site visits when necessary (you will conduct less site audits then typically found within CDM consultancy roles), and support project teams in identifying and managing design risk.
