The Associate Construction Project Manager Role
The successful Associate Construction Project Manager will become part of a specialised team known for their deep understanding of project management complexities, including landlord and tenant law, health and safety regulations, spatial requirements, and sustainability issues.
This role demands a professional capable of confidently navigating both routine and complex projects, ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead project management initiatives across a diverse portfolio including Retail, Residential, Offices, and Education sectors.
2. Engage closely with retailers, landlords, investment funds, and educational institutions, offering expert advice and technical due diligence to inform investment decisions.
3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement solutions tailored to specific business strategies, maximising commercial space and investment returns.
4. Ensure compliance with landlord and tenant law, health and safety standards, and sustainability practices, enhancing the overall service quality and client confidence.
The Associate Construction Project Manager
5. Must possess a Project Management degree or a degree in a relevant field.
6. Should be MRICS qualified
7. Requires a proactive and can-do attitude, prepared to tackle challenges head-on and drive projects to successful completion.
8. Must have a strong background in consultancy, demonstrating the ability to work effectively within a client-focused environment.
9. Should have experience contributing to Business Development, with the capability to bring in new work and foster long-term client relationships.
