Description The primary purpose of this position is for the Women In Trades Specialist Support Officer to offer end-to-end wrap around support and guidance to female Australian Apprentices in male-dominated trades in line with BUSY At Work’s, BUSY Sisters specialist Australian Apprenticeship Support Services (AASS) contract. This role will assist women, employers and other relevant stakeholders to improve the commencement, retention and completion rates of female Australian Apprentices. This role is full time, fixed term until June 2026 with possibility of extension. High computer literacy and previous experience in business development, marketing, or promotional activities to meet KPIs. Qualifications, current study, or willingness to undertake formal education in social work, counselling, psychology, coaching, or mentoring. Trade qualification or demonstrated experience working within male-dominated industries. Strong stakeholder relationship management skills, with a focus on achieving sustained business success.
