Well-being Support Assistant
A friendly and diverse secondary school in Bexley is searching for a Well-being Support Assistant to join their supportive and successful team. This role will begin September 2025, supporting pupils across KS3, KS4 and KS5 with students requiring additional support due to various SEND/SEMH needs.
The ideal candidate is a Psychology graduate looking to pursue a career in Education, Therapy, Psychological Research, Mental Health, Speech and Language, and related fields. You will work alongside a dedicated inclusion team, teachers and SLT, with regular access to specialists.
Responsibilities
* Provide support to pupils with SEND and/or Social Inclusion needs
* Collaborate with a supportive, friendly, and determined inclusion staff
* Differentiate tasks to meet individual learning needs
* Work with small groups or individual students on specific tasks
* Engage with high quality and bespoke CPD provided by the school

* Well-being Support Assistant in a highly regarded secondary school
* Salary: £110 - £120 per day
* Location: Bexley
* Starting September 2025
* Full-time role (term-time only) – Monday to Friday – No weekends
