Are you a Mobile Test Automation Engineer passionate about quality, performance, and delivering impactful solutions in a fast-moving, collaborative environment?
We're seeking an experienced engineer to join a growing QA function and play a key role in shaping the future of smart building technology. You'll work on cutting-edge mobile products that transform how people interact with physical spaces, helping create truly connected and intelligent environments.
What You'll Do:
* Design and build scalable, maintainable automation frameworks for React Native mobile applications (iOS and Android).
* Write robust end-to-end, integration, and UI tests using tools like Detox, Appium, or WebdriverIO.
* Collaborate with developers, testers, and product teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure high-quality delivery.
* Analyse test results, troubleshoot issues, and ensure continuous improvement of QA practices.
* Mentor junior QA team members and champion automation-first principles.
* Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of new tools and techniques for enhanced test efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
* 3+ years' experience in mobile automation testing across iOS and Android.
* Hands-on experience with React Native testing tools like Detox, Appium, or similar.
* Strong coding skills in JavaScript or TypeScript.
* Deep understanding of mobile app architecture, RESTful APIs, and performance profiling.
* Comfortable with development tools such as Xcode, Android Studio, and Expo.
* Solid communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
* Experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber or Gherkin.
* Familiarity with Jira or similar agile tools.
* Exposure to mobile performance or load testing.
