The Role:
Our client a leading ICP is looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join their team. You'll be working on HV/LV and EHV systems, up to 132kV, as part of a collaborative and delivery-focused engineering team. This is a fulltime role based in Yorkshire, offering long-term stability and involvement in high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver electrical designs for HV/LV networks ranging from 11kV to 132kV
* Prepare detailed design documentation and drawings
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure all designs meet technical and regulatory standards
* Provide support for technical queries and site coordination
* Attend and contribute to internal and client design reviews
Requirements:
* 4 to 5 years of experience in HV/LV or EHV electrical design
* Good understanding of UK DNO standards and electrical infrastructure
* Proficient with design tools such as AutoCAD and Amtech
* Comfortable with a full-time onsite working environment
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Preferably holds the right to work in the UK
