In this role you will work closely with an experienced adviser, gaining exposure to client meetings, strategic planning discussions and end to end case management. Your day will be varied, including preparing recommendation reports, undertaking research, supporting client reviews, ensuring follow up actions are completed and helping to maintain an efficient advice process. As you develop, you will begin to take on more independent responsibility, ultimately progressing towards a full adviser position within the firm.
Paraplanner progressing to Financial Adviser Requirements
• You should have Level 4 Diploma qualified or working towards it and looking to progress to Chartered status.
• You should have Minimum 3 to 4 years’ experience within a financial advisory practice
• ideally you should have a strong background in report writing, research and supporting the advice process
