Role Description
This is a part‑time, on‑site role for a Bicycle Mechanic, located in SW96BU London. The Bicycle Mechanic will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and assembling bicycles to ensure customer satisfaction and safety. Duties also include diagnosing mechanical issues, communicating with customers about their needs, and providing expert advice on bike care and performance. The role requires hands‑on mechanical work, as well as opportunities to interact with customers in a retail environment.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Bicycle Repair, Bike Repair, and maintenance techniques
* Strong knowledge of Bikes and Bicycle components
* Excellent Communication skills to interact with customers and team members
* Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide effective solutions
* Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship
* Prior experience in a similar role or a bike shop
* Cytech 2 or similar level qualification is a plus
* A passion for cycling and familiarity with the industry
* Willingness to work on‑site at the London location
