Package:
* Salary up to £26,740 per annum
* Full-time, office-based in Calne
* Monday to Thursday 8.30am–5.15pm, Friday finish at 5.00pm

The Role:
* Manage incoming enquiries and process accurate quotes and orders
* Own the order journey from entry to delivery
* Work closely with production and procurement to resolve issues
* Support external sales team with customer quotes and updates
* Deliver outstanding service and ensure high customer satisfaction
About You:
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail or hospitality
* Clear and confident communicator with a customer-focused attitude
* Comfortable working with systems like SAP (training provided)
* Minimum GCSE Grade C/4 in Maths and English
* Sales training or telephone experience is a bonus
