Overview We’re looking for a
Company Manager
to join MPAA. This is a key role at the heart of our academy, making sure everything runs smoothly day to day and helping us deliver our programme of training, productions, auditions and events.
As Company Manager you’ll
Be the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors
Keep on top of student and staff records (DBS checks, contracts, insurance etc.)
Coordinate auditions, scholarships, theatre trips and external events
Support productions with props, costumes, scheduling and scripts
Manage petty cash, purchasing and student payment tracking
Assist the leadership team with diary management and administration
Keep our systems, databases and compliance up to date
We’re looking for someone who is
Organised, efficient and a great communicator
Confident with admin systems and IT (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)
Approachable and student-focused
Ideally experienced in arts administration, education or production management (though not essential)
