We are seeking a highly organised and proactive General Office Administrator to join our friendly team on a part-time basis. This is a varied role where you'll support the business across a range of tasks and play an important part in our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing our Amazon account
* Making outbound calls and handling account queries
* Onboarding both UK and international clients
* File organisation and management
* Sharing content across social media channels
* General administrative support as required
About You:
* Minimum of 2 years admin experience in a similar role
* Confident and articulate, with the ability to communicate clearly with clients via phone and email
* Quick to pick up new information, adaptable, and able to work on your own initiative
* Proactive and highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
* Previous customer service experience is advantageous
