About the Role
Oxfam GB requires a Shop Manager to be commercially aware and constantly look for new business opportunities. The manager will motivate their team, create a safe and energised work environment, maintain high standards and drive results. They will be accountable for the shop’s performance, often being the only paid staff member and delegating tasks to volunteers. The role is vital for business success and supports the charity’s overall mission.
