Job Title

Remote Marketing & Insights Assistant (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $2,500 USD/month paid via bank transfer

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m Eastern Time, flexibility provided


Job Overview

Our client operates a leading machine intelligence platform trusted by the world’s top consumer brands, including L’Oréal, Estée Lauder, and Unilever. They specialize in identifying the next major consumer trend by analyzing over 20 billion consumer signals from various digital sources (Google Search, TikTok, Instagram, etc.). Their mission is to help brands innovate and provide consumers with what they truly want, primarily focusing on the beauty, personal care, wellness, and food & beverage verticals.

This is a dynamic, cross-functional role for a proactive individual eager to grow a career at the intersection of data strategy, consumer research, and brand storytelling. The Marketing & Insights Assistant will be instrumental in supporting both the insights and marketing teams, responsible for transforming complex consumer data into clear, compelling narratives that drive product innovation and guide client strategy across the food, beauty, beverage, and wellness industries.


Responsibilities

* Cross-Category Trend Research & Reporting
o Assemble detailed reports and presentations for analysts and category managers, including data extraction, slide refinement, and written contributions to explain key data points.
o Review, curate, and identify compelling trend narratives using proprietary consumer data tools across key verticals (beauty, wellness, personal care, culture).
o Conduct deep-dive research to uncover the cultural drivers and context behind emerging consumer trends.
o Deliver timely, accurate, and clear presentations for internal project leads.
* Marketing & Social Media Execution
o Assist in creating visual assets and copy for client newsletters, social media posts, and campaign initiatives.
o Edit short-form videos for all social media platforms.
o Support regular website updates, including content for the blog, media mentions, case studies, testimonials, and imagery, ensuring design consistency across platforms.
o Provide logistical and creative support for event-related marketing and on-site activations.
* Project Coordination & Client Support
o Manage timelines and calendars across insights and marketing initiatives.
o Create visual decks and materials required for client workshops and presentations.
o Summarize insights and meeting notes clearly and concisely.
o Attend and help facilitate virtual meetings and webinars.


Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies

Required Qualifications & Skills

* 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in market research, data analysis, consumer trends, insights, and/or marketing.
* Proficiency with Canva and Google Slides.
* A deep curiosity and strong passion for the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) space, especially within beauty and wellness.
* Exceptional research skills and a proven ability to understand and articulate what drives cultural trends.
* Solid visual sensibility and a high degree of attention to detail; familiarity with strong social media aesthetics is a significant bonus.
* Confident and professional written communicator with excellent English-language writing skills.
* Highly organized self-starter capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity and usage knowledge of Instagram and TikTok.

Additional Experience

* Experience with Hubspot is a bonus.

* A strong bias for action and consistent delivery of high-quality, polished work.
