Senior Flight Control Laws Engineer - New Aircraft

As the team continues its rapid growth, we are seeking a Senior Flight Control Laws Engineer to help drive the design, development, and certification of advanced flight control technologies for a revolutionary aircraft platform.

Requirements:
* 6+ years of professional working experience in in Control Theory (classical and modern) and strong proficiency with MATLAB & Simulink in the aerospace industry
* Significant experience in flight control laws design, validation, and verification.
* Strong understanding of fixed‑wing and rotorcraft flight dynamics.
* Knowledge of aerospace software standards and certification frameworks (ARP4754, DO‑178C, DO‑331).
* Familiarity with CAA/FAA/EASA regulations.
* High motivation, analytical mindset, and confidence in making robust design decisions.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and contribute to the full lifecycle of flight control laws development for both development and certification aircraft.
* Make key architecture and design decisions while working collaboratively with teams across flight dynamics, aerodynamics, propulsion, and avionics.
* Ensure development adheres to industry standards such as SAE ARP4754, DO‑178C, and DO‑331.
* Support certification efforts through documentation, safety assessments, and authority engagement.
* Mentor junior engineers and help shape best practices within the Flight Control Laws team.
* Integrate control laws within complex aircraft systems to meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
