You will mainly be responsible for the Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) annual reviews and responding to local authority consultations for our Inclusive Learning students. About the Role This is a key role within the Additional Learning Support team, focused on providing tailored support for learners with diverse learning needs. You will work collaboratively with curriculum teams, support staff and other key stakeholders. The role involves coordinating the EHCP process, including responding to consultations in a timely manner, leading annual reviews, and maintaining accurate records. You will also deliver training to staff on specific learning difficulties and behavioural strategies, helping to ensure inclusive teaching practices across the college. About You You are an experienced and committed professional with a background in education and a passion for supporting learners with diverse needs. You hold a relevant Level 4 or degree-level qualification and demonstrate strong skills in English, Maths, and IT. Ideally, you have experience working with learners with disabilities, learning difficulties, and specific learning differences (SpLD), and are confident in developing support plans and contributing to the EHCP process. You are organised, target-driven, and able to provide accurate, timely advice and guidance. A recognised teaching qualification is desirable, and you are either already qualified in English and Maths at Level 2 (or above) or willing to work towards achieving this.
