Staffing Match is proud to be working in partnership with our Logistics client based in Portbury Docks who are looking for a Administrator to join them on a long term / temp to perm basis.
Shift:
08.00 - 16.30 Monday - Friday.
Your responsibilities as an Administraton assistant:
Coordinate the despatch function for all drivers received into Renault depots and ensure an efficient transition from driver reception to the end customer.
Good people skills as you will be liaising with truck drivers
Ensure all documentation is kept up to date and accurate.
Be responsible for the timely and accurate distribution of documentation.
Maintain regular communication with the Supervisor in order to ensure that load building efficiency is maximised.
Specific training is given
About you:
Excellent communication skills.
Experience of using Microsoft products.
