Express Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a well established care group who currently require an experienced Receptionist and Administrator on a long term, interim basis. The successful candidate will be working alongside a warm team who commit to providing a high standard of customer service.
Responsibilities
* Act as first point of contact for patients and families
* Liaise with families over telephone and email
* Answer telephone calls and take detailed messages
* Update database with relevant information
* Use MS Office to create letters and documents
Skills & Experience
* Enhanced DBS Essential
* Previous receptionist/front of house experience
* Competent IT skills including MS Office
* Professional telephone manner
Vacancy Summary
Hours: Monday – Friday, full time
Salary: up to £13.50 per hour DOE
