This role is integral to the smooth operation of our administrative functions and will provide essential support to project managers and the wider team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative duties, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery. Key Responsibilities Draft and distribute internal and external correspondence, including emails and memos Assist in the preparation of scheduled reports and documentation Maintain and organise digital filing systems, including SharePoint Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Manage queries and requests from senior management Perform data entry and ensure accurate record-keeping Provide general administrative support to the project team as required Candidate Profile Essential Qualifications and Experience: Demonstrable experience in an administrative or office-based role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Strong organisational and time management skills High level of attention to detail and problem-solving ability Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
