School Chef Manager NEEDED- MUST HAVE ENHANCED DBS NEEDED
Berkeley Scott, the country’s leading hospitality agency are looking for a Chef Manager to work with one of our education clients.
We are looking for dedicated and hard-working individuals who have experience in managing small and large teams within primary schools.
Term time hours will be 8.30am-2pm, Monday to Friday.
Rate is £15 per hour equating to an annual salary of £16,087.50.
You will be responsible for:
1. Managing teams including supporting with HR matters, rotas and training
2. Cooking and preparing nutritious meals for up to 200+ students and teachers
3. implementing menus within regulations and being hyper aware of allergens
4. Liaising with school staff
5. Monitoring and being responsible for budgets
6. Managing and ordering stock
7. Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed in timely and acceptable manner
You Will need:
8. Enhanced DBS Certificate (Child workforce)
9. RTW in UK
10. 2x Employment References
11. 2 years’ minimum work experience in similar environment as a Senior Chef
12. Food and Safety Certificates (including Level 3 Food Safety Certificate)
13. Excellent time keeping skills
