Overview
The Trauma & Orthopaedic department are looking for a Specialty Doctor with at least 4 years experience, the ability to operate independently and confidently manage basic trauma cases to join their team at Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust.
Responsibilities
* Join an extensive team of Consultant, specialty and Trust doctors in the Orthopaedic department and work with consultants in a variety of sub-specialties on a rotational basis, managing the inpatient and emergency trauma workload.
* Contribute to the on-call rota (1 in 8, weekdays and weekends).
* Support teaching, research, and audit, as per the applicant's interests and needs, and contribute to educational and career development.
* Be predominantly based at East Surrey Hospital, with requirements to work across all hospital sites including Crawley and Horsham.
