Fortus Recruitment is a specialist recruitment agency within the repairs and maintenance sector. We are currently working with a well-established contractor who is looking to recruit an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to support FRA (Fire Risk Assessment) works across the Enfield area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual with experience working within social housing, planned works, or FRA projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Acting as the main point of contact for residents throughout FRA works
2. Booking appointments and coordinating access to occupied properties
3. Keeping tenants informed before, during, and after works are completed
4. Handling resident queries, concerns, and complaints professionally
5. Carrying out pre and post-work property visits where required
