Join Our Dynamic Logistics Team in Bromley-by-Bow!
Stafforce are looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our client as Warehouse & Transport Coordinators. This role is central to keeping warehouse operations running smoothly, ensuring parcels are sorted, drivers are supported, and customers receive excellent service.
Shift Patterns (Late Shifts):
12:30pm - 9:30pm
1:30pm - 10:30pm
2:30pm - 11:30pm
(Rota varies depending on business needs: Mon-Fri, Tues-Sat, or Wed-Sun)Pay: £13.77 per hour (rising after 12 weeks)
Contract: Temp to Perm
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
Complete driver and parcel checks
Handle customer calls and emails
Sort, organise, and prepare parcels for delivery
Load/unload parcels and maintain a tidy workspace
Repackage damaged parcels where needed
Verify shipping labels and ensure accurate routing
Support drivers and ensure smooth daily operations
Collaborate with the team to meet targets and deadlines
Report any discrepancies, damage, or safety concerns
What We Are Looking For:
Previous warehouse or parcel sorting experience (preferred)
Confidence using computers (essential)
Strong attention to detail and organisation
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift/move parcels and work on your feet
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holiday
