Ive partnered with a fast‑growing UK wellness brand operating across the UK and US to hire a Marketplace Manager. Amazon, Walmart, GoPuff, and Faire are already part of the mix, but the role requires taking Amazon seriously and scaling it properly.
What youll actually be doing:
* Own and build the Amazon channel from the ground up – strategy, execution, and growth
* Take full ownership of the P&L and revenue targets across all marketplace platforms
* Build and optimise product listings – copy, imagery, A+ content, SEO
* Develop and execute marketplace advertising strategies (Amazon PPC, Sponsored Products, DSP)
* Manage inventory, replenishment, and fulfilment performance
* Analyse sales data, trends, and competitor activity to drive decisions
* Identify and launch into new marketplace opportunities
* Work cross‑functionally with supply chain, creative, and finance teams

Desired Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience building and scaling Amazon (Seller/Vendor Central) from the ground up
* Strong track record in marketplace growth, with ownership of revenue, P&L, and performance
* Deep understanding of Amazon PPC and marketplace advertising (Sponsored Products, DSP, optimisation strategies)
* Expertise in product listings optimisation – SEO, copy, imagery, and A+ content
* Commercial mindset – able to manage and drive revenue, margin, and profitability
* Strong analytical skills with experience using sales data, trends, and competitor insights to inform decisions
* Hands‑on experience managing inventory, forecasting, and fulfilment performance
* Experience working across multiple marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, GoPuff, etc.)
* Confident working cross‑functionally with supply chain, creative, and finance teams
* A proactive, ownership‑driven operator – comfortable building, testing, and scaling in fast‑moving environments
